First Day of School:

Thursday:             August 17, 2017     Students in grades 1-12

Tuesday:               August 22, 2017     Kindergarten Students


Back to School Day(s):  August 10, 2017, anytime between 5:30-7:00 p.m. or August 11, 2017 10:00 a.m.-12:00 noon.

During Back to School Days, families will learn the assigned teacher(s) for their student(s) and receive additional information about the coming school year.


Walk-Thru/Meet the Teacher: August 16, 2017, 2:30-3:30 p.m.

Walk-thru is a time for you and your family to come take a sneak peek at the classrooms, meet your teacher, and drop off school supplies.

Curriculum Night: August 22, 2017

Curriculum Night is an opportunity for parents to come to school and learn about the curriculum that will be covered during the school year as well as learn the routines and procedures of the classroom.  Grade level start times are as follows:

1st grade: 5:30 p.m.             2nd grade: 5:30 p.m.            3rd grade: 5:30 p.m.            4th grade: 7:00 p.m.            5th grade: 7:00 p.m.

                                Please complete the following forms online in the PowerSchool Parent Portal

Families now complete/update all forms online!  Simply log into the PowerSchool Parent Portal for each student and click the “Forms” icon to the left. Please complete all forms prior to Back to School Days.

Kindergarten: $18.50          Grade 1: $32.00          Grade 2: $32.00          Grade 3: $28.00          Grade 4: $30.00          Grade 5: $30.00

Families need to pay their grade-level fees by cash or check (made payable to WBOE) prior to or during Back to School Days. Fees may also be paid online by credit card. Simply go to and click on EZPay under the Resources section.


If you would like your student to have the flu vaccination at school this year, please complete the enclosed Health Heroes Vaccination Clinic form and return it to Back to School Days or, after that, to the school office.
