We will be collecting travel-sized items for local homeless veterans, and plastic bags and empty egg cartons for WARM until May 18th. Each travel sized item that is brought in for the homeless veterans will be worth one ticket. At the end of the competition, the top three donors will earn gift cards. A fourth gift card will be given as a part of a raffle for those who donate fewer items than the top three prize winners. Those bringing in plastic bags and egg cartons for WARM will receive small candy bars for their donations.
Attention 6th & 7th Graders: Next Monday, April 30th will be our annual Blendon Career Day where you will spend the day learning about exciting careers like a marine biologist, college basketball coach, architect and film producer to name a few. We are asking that you bring your very best Bulldog PRIDE showing great respect towards the presenters who have volunteered to share with you. Students are also asked to DRESS FOR SUCCESS by dressing nicely next Monday. You just might win a fantabulous prize for being best dressed, asking great questions in sessions and showing tremendous respect towards the presenters. See Mr. Mac for more details!
