If the district is CLOSED due to a calamity day / late start, your registration appointment at the Enrollment Center will be canceled. Please log back into your application to reschedule your registration appointment. Thank you.
Please remember that if you are scheduling more than two (2) students, you must select additional consecutive enrollment appointment slots that are 45 minutes apart. If the available schedule will not allow that, please contact the office at 614-797-7700 for assistance.
All students new to the Westerville City School District will enroll at the district’s Enrollment and Family Resource Center, located inside the OhioHealth Westerville Medical Campus. Please call (614) 797-7700 with any questions.
To begin, please click on the Enrollment button below. You will be instructed to create a log-in and password, which allows you to begin the process, save your information, and return at a later date for completion (if necessary). At the time of your registration appointment*, please bring ALL required documentation with you to complete the enrollment process for your student.
Step 1: Complete the online enrollment application
Step 2: Once you have completed your online Enrollment Application, you will schedule your registration appointment* through the online application (please schedule one appointment per child: 1 child = 1 appointment; 2 children = 2 consecutive appointments, 45 minutes apart; etc.)
Step 3: Bring all required documentation*/forms (see below) to your scheduled appointment (Location & Directions)
*If you are 10 minutes late to your scheduled appointment or are unable to provide all required documentation at your scheduled appointment, we will not be able to complete your enrollment and you will need to reschedule.
