    9:30 a.m. - A portion of Westerville North HS is without power. However, the school day is continuing as planned, including lunch service. Crews from the school district, City of Westerville, and other utility services are on site to review the situation and make any needed repairs. Any interior classrooms in the portion of the building without power will be relocated to areas with light. Members of our district's Academic Affairs team have been sent to the school to support instruction. We will keep families informed of any important developments.

Diabetes Dash 5K Run/Walk organized by WNHS student is July 23

The fifth annual Diabetes Dash 5K Run/Walk originally organized by Westerville North High School student Ryan Washburn is July 23 at the Westerville Sports Complex. 

Registration is open for the 5K, which Washburn started as part of his Eagle Scout project. A virtual option is available for those who can’t make the event in person. 

Proceeds from the race will go towards the Southern & Central Ohio Chapter of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation and a scholarship fund of $1,000 will be awarded to a Westerville City School graduating senior living with Type 1 Diabetes in 2024.
