Westerville City Schools complies with the Elementary and Secondary Education Act (ESEA) No Child Left Behind Act of 2001. Provisions of Section 1119 - Qualification for Teachers and Paraprofessionals - are met in each school operating a Schoolwide Program - Section 1114 or a Targeted Assistance School - Section 1115.
