    9:30 a.m. - A portion of Westerville North HS is without power. However, the school day is continuing as planned, including lunch service. Crews from the school district, City of Westerville, and other utility services are on site to review the situation and make any needed repairs. Any interior classrooms in the portion of the building without power will be relocated to areas with light. Members of our district's Academic Affairs team have been sent to the school to support instruction. We will keep families informed of any important developments.

Westerville City School District Public Notice

The Westerville City School District (WCSD) Board of Education (the Board) hereby gives public notice in accordance with Section 3309.345 of the Ohio Revised Code that George Tsoi, employed by the Board as a crossing guard and cafeteria recess aide, is retired and seeking re-employment with the WCSD in the same crossing guard position. Members of the public will have an opportunity to provide input on this re-employment to the Board during a public hearing that will occur as part of the Board’s regular meeting beginning at 6 p.m. on September 12, 2022, at the WCSD Early Learning Center, 936 Eastwind Drive, Westerville, Ohio 43081. The Board will act on the proposed re-employment of George Tsoi in the same crossing guard position during its regular meeting beginning at 6 p.m. on October 10, 2022, at the WCSD Early Learning Center, 936 Eastwind Drive, Westerville, Ohio 43081.
