Business & Facilities Management
  The Business and Facilities Management Office oversees building safety, custodial services, pest management, security and student transportation.
Community Relations
  The Community Relations Department supports the educational process by keeping internal and external publics informed about Westerville City Schools' students, staff, programs and initiatives.
Curriculum and Instruction
  Oversees the district’s curriculum & instruction and assessment & accountability. It is responsible for course of study development and textbook adoptions and includes the offices of Special Education, Assessment & Accountability, Information Management Systems (Technology), Gifted Services, English as a Second Language, Career-Technical Education, Summer Intervention and Summer School.
Food & Nutrition Services
  The Department consists of 3 divisions. The food service division provides nutritional meals to all of the district students and staff and offers catering services to staff and community. A department registered dietitian writes and presents nutrition units to the classrooms and provides nutrition consults to staff and students. The distribution division transports lunches from 2 base kitchens to all 16 elementary schools. They also receive and house USDA commodities, custodial and office supplies, and textbooks, make daily deliveries between the schools and provides mail service to all WCS buildings.
Health Services
  The Westerville Schools certificated school nurses will strengthen partnerships with families, school professionals and community resources to proactively expand comprehensive school health services designed to promote the health of all learners.
Human Resources
  The Westerville City School District uses an on-line application process for all positions. Vacancies are posted on the Online Application System and will be accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Information Management Systems
  The Westerville City Schools Information Management Systems (IMS) Department is responsible for all Information Technology\ equipment, operations, support and maintenance within the District.
Print Services
  Print Services provides full-service quality copying and printing for Westerville City Schools.
Purchasing & Distribution Services
  Distribution Services provides receiving and shipping of custodial supplies, elementary and secondary curriculum, print shop, and school clinic supplies. Distribution Services also handles dry and frozen food service commodities receiving and distribution
Special Education
  A portal to the district's Special Education website where information can be found related to Special Education within the Westerville City Schools.
Student Activities & Safety
  The goal of the Office of Student Activities & Safety is to assist in the mission of Westerville City Schools (WCS) to produce creative, confident, and independent citizens by providing a safe environment conducive to learning. In maintaining the safety of our students, it is the responsibility of this office to enforce the rules written in the District Handbook, as well as the Code of Student Conduct.
Transportation
  

Managing a fleet of 128 buses and 112 bus routes, the Westerville Schools Transportation Department ensures the safe and efficient transfer of students between home and school.

Treasurer/Fiscal Operations
  The Treasurer today has the responsibility as the chief fiscal officer of the school district. This responsibility encompasses the receipt, accounting for and disbursement of all the funds of the school district as required by applicable laws and in accordance with board regulations and policies.
