Please remember that  you will need to schedule one (1) appointment for each student you are enrolling and please try to select consecutive enrollment appointment slots that are 30 minutes apart. 

 

IN ORDER TO START ON THE FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL (AUGUST 20th) YOU MUST HAVE COMPLETED YOUR ENROLLMENT BY MONDAY, AUGUST 17, 2020!

Because of the CoVID-19 closures directed by Governor DeWine, we are cancelling all in-person registration appointments for the foreseeable future and our office inside the OhioHealth Medical Building will remain CLOSED ~ but, we are working remotely to help you through a successful registration process.  

Follow the instructions below for remote registration:

Step 1:  Complete the online enrollment application and be sure to include a current working email address for the legal guardian

Step 2:  When you have completed your online application, please schedule an appointment to complete the registration. Your appointment is a placeholder and alerts our team you have an active registration application ready for processing.  If you are enrolling more than one student, please schedule additional appointments for each student to allow for sufficient processing time.

Once you have scheduled that appointment, please don't reschedule it, as changing your appointment will only delay your enrollment processing.

Please note that your appointment will now be email communication only and you will NOT come to our OhioHealth location since our office remains closed. 

Step 3:  You will be contacted, through your email, by an Enrollment Specialist who will confirm the required documentation and to assist you with the final registration process.

Step 4:  The required documents can be directly uploaded through the online enrollment application OR you will need to email the required documents to your Enrollment Specialist.

 

PLEASE NOTE:  Our OhioHealth office remains CLOSED and email remains the preferred method of communication (see Staff Listing).  If you have questions that cannot be answered via email, you may call (614) 797-7700 and leave a message.  We are doing our best to retrieve messages and return phone calls as quickly as possible. Thank you, again, for your understanding as we navigate through these unusual times and we are here to assist you in any way we can.

Residency or Custody:

If you have received correspondence regarding residency or custody concerns, please scan and email the required documentation to welcome@westerville.k12.oh.us 


PRESCHOOL ENROLLMENTS ONLY:  The Preschool Department must be contacted at (614) 797-5903 or (614) 797-7452 prior to the completion of the online enrollment application.

  • Change of Address

    • The Enrollment Center is CLOSED and we are continuing to work remotely.  Once you have completed the Change of Address form, please scan and email it, along with your photo ID and two (2) proofs of residency (as listed on the form) to welcome@westerville.k12.oh.us

      We will reach out, via email, should there be any questions regarding your Change of Address.

    • Form to be completed for students who are in group #1 or #2 as identified by the "Read First" instructions in above document. Be sure to download, complete, and save a version (renamed) of this form for every student who service is being request for.
