Diploma Presenter Forms

UPDATE:  If you have not turned in your diploma form, please see Mrs. Bishop in the front office ASAP.

Diploma forms should have been distributed at the end of January.  Originally, I had the due date set as this Friday, February 25th.  Since we do not have school on Friday, the new due date is Monday, February 28th.  Please double check and make sure that your LEGAL name is spelled correctly, fill out your presenter information and have your presenter sign the form.  Completed forms can be returned to Mrs. Bishop in the front office.  If you need a new form printed, see Mrs. Bishop in the front office by Thursday, Feb 24th before 11:00 a.m. 

* Reminder: Diplomas are required to be in the student's legal name. Presenter information: Your presenter can be a current/retired Westerville City School employee, a Career Center teacher, or a member of the Board of Education.  If you do not have a preferred presenter, an administrator will be presenting your diploma.  If your presenter does not currently work at Westerville South High School, we need their name, address, phone number, and email and the school building in the district where they work.

 


Senior Pictures for Yearbook and Senior Slideshow

Please use the link below to submit your senior photo for the yearbook and also a senior photo for the senior slideshow.  You can also submit candid photos for both the yearbook and slideshow. ALL pictures must be in .JPEG format to be included.  The deadline to submit photos is 4/30/2022NO LATE SUBMISSIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED!

Cap and Gown Information

 

UPDATE: If you have already ordered your cap and gown, pick up day is Monday, April 11th in the back lobby of the building from 10:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.  If you have not ordered your cap and gown, please do so before the end of April at www.jostens.com

UPDATE: March 1st is the spring deadline to order your graduation items.  You can now only order online at www.jostens.com or by phone at 1-800-JOSTENS (567-8367).

UPDATE: Monday, December 20th is the early order deadline for Jostens.  You can order online at www.jostens.com.  Please note that Jostens prices increase as we get closer to graduation. If you have any questions, please contact Jostens at 1-800-JOSTENS (567-8367).

UPDATE: Monday, November 22nd is the LAST day to turn in cap and gown orders in the front office.  After Monday, all orders will need to either be placed online at www.jostens.com or mailed to the following address (found on the order form):

Jostens Service Center - 8214, PO Box 512, Owatonna, MN 55060

Jostens will be in the Commons during all lunch periods on Thursday, November 11th to collect cap and gown orders.  Cap and gown order packets are available in the front office.  You can also place your order online at www.jostens.com. Prices do increase as the year goes on.

Fees and Fines

All fees and fines must be paid and all textbooks/chromebooks, library items must be turned in prior to receiving your diploma.  For questions about fees, see Mrs. Bishop in the front office.  For questions about textbooks/chromebooks, see Mrs. Davis in the front office.  For library materials, see Mrs. Young in the library.                                                 


Cedar Point - May 23, 2022

UPDATE:  We are no longer selling tickets.

UPDATE: We still have 10 tickets to sell.  Please see Mrs. Bishop in the front office if you would like to buy a ticket.

The Cedar Point trip is scheduled for May 23, 2022.  Tickets will go on sale beginning Monday, February 28th during all lunch periods in the athletic wing lobby.  The cost of the ticket is $60 and includes your park ticket, transportation to and from the park, and unlimited drinks.  Food is not included in the price of the ticket.  If you are planning on going on this school sponsored trip, you MUST ride the transportation provided  (charter buses) to AND from Cedar Point.  To be eligible to buy a ticket you must: 1. Be senior status by credit (listed as Grade 12 in PowerSchool), 2. Be a student in cohort 2022, 3. Must have all fees/fines/tickets paid.  We have limited tickets (150) and will not hold tickets for any reason.
