Since the start of the month, a group of mothers of Minerva France Elementary students have gathered in an empty classroom to practice their English, covering terms they’ll encounter in school and with other adults.
Danielle Gilmore, an intervention specialist at Minerva France ElementarySchool, and Chelsea Baer, a fifth-grade teacher at Annehurst Elementary, have been recognized by the Westerville Sunrise Rotary for going above and beyond to serve students.
Hannah Cogar, the choir teacher at Minerva Park Middle School; Danielle Gilmore, an intervention specialist at Minerva France Elementary and Kathleen Waltman, a second-grade teacher at Hawthorne Elementary have been named Westerville Education Foundation’s February Teachers of the Month.
