Open Enrollment Reminder: Middle and High School Intra-district Open Enrollment applications are being accepted for the 2021-2022 school year through March 15, 2021. The deadline for Open Enrollment applications for elementary school is May 1, 2021.
If you are enrolling for the CURRENT (2020-21 school year), please call our office for an appointment - we have a special calendar dedicated for your registration.
Registration applications for All Grades (K-12), for the 2021/2022 school year, are now open!
Because of the CoVID-19 closures, all in-person registration appointments are cancelled and our office is CLOSED ~ but, we are working to help you through a successful registration process by following the instructions below:
Step 1: Complete the online enrollment application and be sure to include a current working email address for the legal guardian
Step 2: When you have completed your online application, please schedule an appointment to complete the registration. Your appointment is a placeholder and alerts our team that you have an active registration application ready for processing. If you are enrolling more than one student, please schedule additional appointments for each student to allow for sufficient processing time.
Once you have scheduled that appointment, please don't reschedule it, as changing your appointment will only delay your enrollment processing.
Please note that your appointment will now be email communication only and you will NOT come to our OhioHealth location since our office remains closed.
Step 3: You will be contacted, through your email, by an Enrollment Specialist who will confirm the required documentation and to assist you with the final registration process.
Step 4: The required documents can be directly uploaded through the online enrollment application OR you will need to email the required documents to your Enrollment Specialist.
PLEASE NOTE: Our office remains CLOSED and email remains the preferred method of communication (see Staff Listing). If you have questions that cannot be answered via email, you may call 614.797.7700 and leave a message. We are doing our best to retrieve messages and return phone calls as quickly as possible. All students new to the Westerville City School District will enroll through the online enrollment application process found on the district website at www.westerville.k12.oh.us Please call (614) 797-7700 with any questions.
To begin, please click on the Enrollment button below. You will be instructed to create a log-in and password, which allows you to begin the process, save your information, and return at a later date for completion (if necessary). Our office is currently CLOSED and we are working remotely, so there will be no face-to-face meeting.
Step 1: Complete the online enrollment application
Step 2: Once you have completed your online Enrollment Application, you will schedule your registration appointment* through the online application (please schedule one appointment per child: 1 child = 1 appointment; 2 children = 2 consecutive appointments, 30 minutes apart; etc.)
Step 3: During this COVID-19 quarantine, you will need to provide your documentation via direct upload through the online application or by email communication with your Enrollment Specialist
