Open Enrollment Reminder: Middle and High School Intra-district Open Enrollment applications are being accepted for the 2020-2021 school year through March 15, 2020. The deadline for Open Enrollment applications for elementary school is May 1, 2020.

BEFORE THE SUMMER RUSH!
Because of the COVID-19 pandemic and Governor DeWine's decision for school districts to remain closed, we will be cancelling all in-person registration appointments for the foreseeable future and our physical office will remain CLOSED ~ however, we are working remotely to help you through a successful registration process.
To guide you, we are asking that you follow the instructions below:
Step 1: Complete the online enrollment application (please be sure you have included a current working email address for the legal guardian)
Current school year is 2020-2021 (to begin August 2020)
Step 2: When you have completed your online application, please schedule an appointment to complete the registration. Your appointment is a placeholder and alerts our team that you have an active registration application. Please note that your appointment will now be email communication only and you will NOT come to our OhioHealth location because our office remains closed. If you are enrolling more than one student, please schedule additional appointments to allow for sufficient processing time.
Step 3: You will be contacted, through your email, by an Enrollment Specialist who will confirm the required documentation and to assist you with the final registration process.
Step 4: The required documents will need to be emailed to your Enrollment Specialist.
PLEASE NOTE: Our OhioHealth office remains CLOSED and email remains the preferred method of communication (see Staff Listing). If you have questions that cannot be answered via email, you may call 614.797.7700 and leave a message. We are doing our best to retrieve messages and return phone calls as quickly as possible. All students new to the Westerville City School District will enroll at the district’s Enrollment and Family Resource Center, located inside the OhioHealth Westerville Medical Campus. Please call (614) 797-7700 with any questions.
To begin, please click on the Enrollment button below. You will be instructed to create a log-in and password, which allows you to begin the process, save your information, and return at a later date for completion (if necessary). At the time of your registration appointment*, please bring hard / printed versions of ALL required documentation with you to complete the enrollment process for your student. Documents will be scanned and returned to you.

Step 2: Once you have completed your online Enrollment Application, you will schedule your registration appointment* through the online application (please schedule one appointment per child: 1 child = 1 appointment; 2 children = 2 consecutive appointments, 45 minutes apart; etc.)
Step 3: During this COVID-19 quarantine, you will need to provide your documentation via email communication with your Enrollment Specialist, so please ignore Step 3 below...

*If you are 10 minutes late to your scheduled appointment or are unable to provide all required documentation at your scheduled appointment, we will not be able to complete your enrollment and you will need to reschedule your appointment.
