Westerville Educational Support Staff Association (WESSA)
WESSA represents district support staff such as English as a Second Language paraprofessionals and bilingual aides, study hall and building duty monitors, clerk typists, secretaries and health aides.

Westerville Education Association (WEA)
WEA represents teachers and other certified staff members in the Westerville City School District.

Ohio Association of Public School Employees AFSCME AFL-CIO Local #719
Local #719 represents bus drivers and mechanics.

Ohio Association of Public School Employees AFSCME AFL-CIO Local #138
Local #138 represents support staff such as custodians, food service workers, maintenance employees and warehouse staff.

Administrative Approved Staff (AAS)
Administrative Approved Staff consists of various support staff in the district’s management offices and include positions such as confidential secretaries, executive assistants and technology staff.

The Westerville City School District management team consists of principals, assistant principals and district-level administrators. The district maintains a very lean management staff. In terms of its pupils-per-administrator ratio, WCSD ranks 592nd out of 610 Ohio school districts for which this ratio is calculated.
