MIDDLE SCHOOL
- Grades 6-7 instructional materials fee: $40
- Grade 8 instructional materials fee: $35
- Extracurricular fees: $75 for the first sport, $50 for the second sport and no fee for the third sport. Family cap of $300 for co-curricular, extracurricular and club fees.
- For the purpose of this guideline, Westerville City Schools determines a family to be all students officially residing in the same household, and siblings for reasons including but not limited to: death of guardian(s), divorce, etc., are residing in separate households within the Westerville City Schools attendance boundaries.
HIGH SCHOOL
- General instructional materials fee: $30 for all students
- Class dues: $5 per student
- Replacement fee for a second photo identification card: $5.
- School parking permit: $15 per student per semester or $30 per student per year.
- Advanced Placement test fee: $96 per exam
- International Baccalaureate test fee: About $119 per test
- The final fee for any AP or IB Exam for qualifying low-income students may be $0 depending on ODE reimbursement guidelines established for the 2022-23 school year.
- Extracurricular fees: $150 for the first sport, $75 for the second sport and no fee for the third sport. Family cap of $300 for co-curricular, extracurricular and club fees.
